Access

By air

Geneva has an international airport offering direct flights to nearly 100 international destinations. The terminal has all the facilities a traveller could wish for. It is designed for speedy and simple check-in, and has essential services such as change, information and restaurants at strategic points.
Geneva’s international airport is located a convenient 5 km (3 miles) from the city centre. Efficient and free ground transfers are available from the airport to the city centre and hotels

By rail or highway

Geneva’s favoured geographical position makes it a natural focal point for the international traveller. Rail www.sbb.ch and road facilities (bicycle or cars) radiate from Geneva to provide rapid access to the rest of Switzerland and Europe.
The Swiss National Railroad system offers several links per hour to Lausanne, Bern, Basel, Zurich and the regions of Vaud, Valais and others. The city and Geneva airport are linked by rail with more than 200 trains a day. There are around 15 daily TGV connections to Paris and Lyon running from Geneva.

How to get to Palexpo

From the City Railway Station (Cornavin): Bus 10 (Direction: Airport, bus stop: Palexpo) or train to Geneva Airport Railway Station.
