Confirmation
Your booking will be confirmed by e-mail and you will be given a booking reference. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations on or before December 31st, 2009 will receive a full refund less an admin fee of CHF 120.- for conference fee, accompanying person's fee, and any tours booked.
Cancellations after December 31st, 2009 and before March 31st, 2010 will be refunded 50%.
No refund will be accepted as of March 31st, 2010.
